Misson
The Indian Film Festival of Houston (IFFH) Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to creating a greater appreciation of Indian cinema and culture by showcasing quality films that honor entertainment industry performers and film makers while promoting the diverse perspectives of the Indian Diaspora through an annual event.

The 3rd Annual Indian Film Festival of Houston (IFFH) will take place September 21st-24th, 2011 at : Studio Movie Grill, 805 Town & Country Lane, Houston TX 77024.
 
Programming
IFFH showcases a combination of features, shorts and documentaries. The Festival provides programming and activities that no other film festival in Houston offers and serves a community of Indian and international filmmakers that has the potential of reaching a crossover audience. IFFH offers the Houston community a unique opportunity to learn about India’s multi-faceted culture and long history of filmmaking.
 
Question and Answer Sessions
Directors, producers and cast are invited to present their films and share their experiences with the audiences.
 
Awards
IFFH offers Jury awards for Best Feature, Best Documentary and Best Short. Special Recognition Award is given to outstanding Films, Talents and Industry Leaders.
 
Special Events
The Opening Night Cocktail will be followed by a screening of a feature film; Closing Night Award Ceremony followed by Cocktail Reception and Dinner, which includes Indian Culinary delights, music and dance performances. In addition Festival presents Tributes to acclaimed filmmakers, Industry Leaders and talents contributing to the entertainment industry.
